My UK acoustic music on Spotify

A lot of you will know that the last few weeks and months have seen me re-launch myself as an acoustic singer in the UK. I have been playing for over 15 years and have written numerous songs, including a solo E.P. titled "For Emma" as well as co-written the songs on a full band album for The Codes, titled "Eleven" - named so because there was...you guessed it...eleven songs.

Recently I was able to distribute my E.P. across numerous musical platforms, such as Deezer, Apple Music, Google Music and such like. However, my number 1 goal was to get my acoustic music on Spotify.

A goal which is now a reality!

Acoustic music on Spotify

Now, I know everyone is busy and don't have time to follow my on every single platform, but the one thing I would ask anyone reading this blog is to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Follow me on Spotify. As a musician, it would mean the world to me to see a fan-base grow where my actual music is. All the other social media platforms and music platforms are great, and I love being with everyone on there, but Spotify is where my acoustic music lives, and therefore, so does my soul...spooky right?

If you head over there right now you will also be able to see my latest release, which is an acoustic song titled "White Cloud" which I recorded back at Uni with the help of some friends. On the track, there is a wonderful sitar solo performed by the elusive Bryn James, as well as a brilliant bass line from Joe Cattaneo (both of whom helped record the track).

You may be wondering what type of acoustic music on Spotify I listen to. Well, my tastes are changing all the time, but some acoustic artists that I regularly go back to include:

- Brian Fallon

- Bruce Springsteen

- Damien Rice

- Ray Lamontagne

- James Vincent McMorrow

- Phillip Phillips

I also listen to a lot of bands who play acoustic songs, or acoustic covers from new and old artists alike.

So, if you get a chance, please scroll down the page and find the link to Spotify and FOLLOW me. If you don't have a Spotify account, you can sign-up for FREE I believe.

And don't forget to tell me when you have Followed! I will give you a big digital hug, kiss, and retweet if appropriate.

Peace, love, and bum slaps.
